To save Midis:
After right clicking, Then Left Click on:
"Save Target As"
Then save the file to the "My Documents" or "My Music" folder.
Hint:
To slow down the tempo in Media player:
Click on: View / Enhancements / Play Speed Settings.
Then move slide bar to change tempo.
As long as you are using Windows Media Player as your default Player.
